Squeezing small sessions in on this painting really leaves good days and bad days. Yesterday’s session left a sour taste in my mouth, where as a couple hours tonight got me into repair mode.

I was able to work back into some darker shades early, though impatiently I started replacing some highlights lost last night, and immediately found blues pulling in strong. Adding yellows let me work with some highlights longer, and should easily re-highlight later, though ultimately balancing my final tone will let me shade and tint the final piece comfortably.
