A bit quiet, but still moving strong. Started work on a commission this week, an image of Patti Smith photographed by Robert Mapplethorpe. Squeezing small sessions in on this painting really leaves good days and bad days. Yesterday’s session left a sour taste in my mouth, where as a couple hours tonight got me into repair mode. Self-portrait
Worked on the self-portrait last evening, still feel as though some elements are disproportionate, though hopefully all will be balanced in the coming weeks.
